It's those places by this group to cater for both Muslims and vegetarian. Good for Singapore multi racial gathering over different faiths. This branch is the Korean concept shop. Decent food and big portions. Market prices for their food. Not super outstanding on the food but close enough to the real thing. I mean unless I need to gather with friends of different faith. If not I will go for the real deal than spending equivalent money on some pseudo food trying to be the real one.

The food quality was average. The noodle soup was basically instant noodle soup with some kimchi and tofu and egg for $14 or so. Service was incredible slow. Kitchen was slow too. Can’t really recommend this place to anyone, I am sorry

Taste more like Chinese than Korean food. About $20 per person after adding in GST and service charge. Vegetarian/vegan food should be priced lower to attract more people to eat healthily. It was full house during dinner time on a Saturday though.

Edit: went back to try the lunch deal. Disappointed that the kimchi fried rice was not on the lunch deal (but on the student meal deal?) I tried the normal fried rice, it was alright. Could have given more kimchi on the side too, can see …

Saute Saranghae at Tampines One serves impressive halal vegetarian Korean fare. The Ttukbaegi Gyeranjjim ($10) stood out with its fluffy, soufflé‑like steamed egg, savoury and umami‑rich — a must‑order. The Budae Jjigae ($12.90 + $3.50 set) was hearty with ramyeon, soy sausage, tofu, cheese and crispy dumplings, though the broth leaned mild spicy; the blue pea drink was refreshing. Miyeok Bokkeumbap ($11.90) offered filling, savoury fried rice with soy ham and seaweed, while Japchae ($12.90) delivered generous portions of chewy glass noodles loaded with vegetables. Overall, a surprisingly satisfying spot for meat‑free Korean comfort food.
