Absolutely loved the service provided by our bubbly and hospitable server Xiao Ping. Food was really good with generous noodle portions but very spicy too, even at lowest tier, so people (like me) who can't take spice, DON'T ORDER SPICY!! Definitely worth a try and I would love to come back again.
As someone who loves spicy food, I simply can’t stop—everything absolutely satisfies my taste buds. And the Shanghai scallion oil noodles are so fragrant they make me stop in my tracks. The buns and dumplings are all handmade on the spot. I’m in love.
1) Baozi & Wonton I walked in expecting those steaming, juicy “hometown-style” buns — you know, thin skin, savory filling, the real deal. Took one bite and… wait, why is it …
Saw that they've opened and decided to give it a try. Expected some teething issue as with all new stores, but had a good experience overall. …
It is totally not worth the money. Ordered 酸菜魚片米線 costs me 12.98. only have 2 slices of fish. The noodles is too soft. I prefer 譚仔三哥more. Will not come back again.
After a long wait, Zheng Nan Qi Bai, located outside White Sand, is finally open. While I am excited to try, the experience is not too great after all. …
We came across Zheng Nan Qi Bai (正南柒佰) at Pasir Ris Central and decided to give it a try. As Chong Qing (重庆) is renowned for its spicy hot pot, we opted for the Mountain City Hotpot Pork Meatballs Rice Noodle (老火锅猪肉丸米线) displayed in the picture above the counter. The staff recommended the least spicy soup, warning us of its intense heat, but we chose a spicier option, having grown accustomed to spicy mala and Indonesian Ayam Penyet. I believe other type of soup base, such as tomato or sour, can be chosen too. Unaware of the serving size, we shared a single bowl of rice noodle and added three Handmade Pork Buns (手工鲜肉包). The soup base was sufficiently spicy and surpassed many mala stalls in the food court. The rice noodle was pleasant, but the meatball was average. The pork bun did not resemble the picture and tasted mediocre. This shop commenced operations on 2025.06.14 Sat, and we visited on the second day. A 12% discount was offered during the soft opening, so I encourage others to take advantage of this promotion soon. Paylah and PayNow are currently accepted only for contactless payment. The current map didn’t show its exact location. It is outside White Sand just beside Koi and facing the MRT entrance.
So good ! Authentic. Big bowl of hot soup in rainy weather. Plenty of veg and protein in one bowl. Had the pickled pepper pork intestine
I love the sour spicy and suerkraut noodles. The Chong you Mian not tasty thou. The tomato base is good too
Dropped by today for a bowl of rice noodles and it was amazing! The broth was super tasty, and there was a lot of meat and veggies, really generous portions. One of the female staff was especially friendly and polite, which made the whole experience even nicer. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be back!
