There is no aircon in the store before 9 AM. When I pass by other stores, they already have aircon. The heat is terrible. I asked the staff there, and they said it’s controlled by …

Busy when we went around 10:30 am for dine-ins and take-outs, but we managed to find a table for five. Nice staff and fast service too. Mum loved their coffee. When we went there, they had a promo for a free upsized drink.

Had 2 vouchers for the kaya toast set; if not I wouldn't come here as the prices for a simple fare are quite exorbitant - $14.90 for 2 sets with an upgrade of the drinks to iced kopi and iced Milo. Though the food was pricey, I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the toast and eggs. Granted, they aren't possibly as good as what you'd get in some other areas in Malaysia (Kluang Rail Coffee?) but it hits the spot if you've cravings for this local fare. I really liked the coffee which was not bitter at all and was really smooth to drink.

Hi, this outlet gets very hot in the morning. It would be much better if darker window tints could be installed so customers can sit comfortably and enjoy their Ya Kun toast.
