I did a take-away order at 7.30am early in the morning. The service was prompt and I got my order within the next five minutes. The food were already prepared early in the morning before they opened at 7.30am. There was a thick generous slab of butter in the toasted bread.

My first time eating at this Ya Kun, it still have a few table vacant, however, every table is not clean after customer used. The shop also not provide any napkins. Rendang chicken tastes fine but it is cold. As Singapore home grown brand, I just wish they also focus on improving the customer experience and customer service.

Post dated post. Went there in the morning and the place is rather hot. The mall do not on the Aircon only later of the day. The egg is not nicely done, can see the egg yolk harden. Bread is not crispy and kaya is only place a little on one side. The only saving grace is the tea is still acceptable.

On 17th Nov at 2.10pm, I ordered French Toast set. OMG! Look at how pitiful Ya Kun served small teaspoon of KAYA?? And ahe served at the tray was so unfriendly. IMy last visited at this branch Tampines Century B1 was 2 weeka ago, And the KAYA NOT as little as today. However, this staff I HAVE NOT SEE BEFORE. Please kindly train your staff well. Well, there is another branch at Simei Eastpoint is so much better. They staff and food served much generous than this branch at Tampines, Century Square. Please kindly look at this matter. Thank you!
