Got to take my hats off the 啊姐 who took the orders. She walked out and took 5-6 orders and went back to help prepare the noodle. Amazing memory skills lol! …

Decent wanton mee. More of the SOuth east Asia type with thicker noodles, instead of the thin go style noodles. The chili was good; fragrant and spicy. The braised chicken feet were good too; nice fragrant braised smell, but not too salty. Try it yourselves. 🤣 …

Really awesome traditionally made oodles of noodles. These have great texture and bite. Hard to get them around anymore. Fun fact: Ah Jie here has memory of a genius - she can remember multiple orders, and if you go often enough, she’ll even remember what you eat. If Singapore had a memory contest, she stands a very good chance. Haha.

Decided to try out this stall as I saw a long queue when I was there Sunday during lunch time. Ordered the wanton noodles with extra chicken feet. The noodle was quiet normal - chewy and springy, but the sauce was not quiet as I had expected. It was relatively bland as compared to others that I've tasted before. The char siew looked unappealing, but otherwise tasted OK. As for the wanton, there was a strong after-taste of flavouring (flatfish?) which I found enhances the taste of the minced pork in the wanton. Adding chicken feet onto the noodles was a mistake. I constantly bit into peppercorn, broken pieces of star anise and what felt (and looked) like edible chicken feet bones while munching on the noodles. The chicken feet themselves tasted OK - well seasoned, soft and tender. But in terms of size they were rather small. The bowl of soup accompanying the noodles while appearing to be thick and robust lacked that umami kick. Overall, I found that there's nothing really special about their wanton noodles which justifies the long queues. I've tasted better - minus the queue.

Not a lousy wanton mee, slightly above average. Personally i feel not worth $5 for the small size and long queue. Noodles is nice and springy. The wonton are quite decent. Chilli is spicy but too oily. Char Siew is tender but alittle too sweet. The soup is alittle too light.

My favorite Wanton Mee stall.. and I don't even like Wanton. I love the Char Siew noodle. My wife, more the Wanton and Swei Jiao. Reasonable price. $6 for the noodles with more Char Siew.

This is our regular breakfast on Sundays. Whenever we decide to eat this, we will make sure we reach there at 7am coz the q will be damn long by 7.30am. we went to eat at 11am today & surprisingly I didn’t eat my usual chicken feet noodles which is my favorite. I’ll eat 白面 for wanton noodle means no sauce just wanna eat the “doneness” of the noodles as sauces will block the taste of the *烚面kungfu* by the chef. We find that eating in the afternoon is better than in the morning. Firstly the soup is more concentrated. Secondly, the chicken feet has cook so well & so soft that can eat the bones & the gravy is thicker compared to the early morning! The noodles have waken up well coz it’s afternoon already so the inner part of the noodles is well cooked as compared to the morning one. Xing ji scored higher marks in the afternoon compared to the morning.

One of my favorite wanton noodle stall as they give generous serving of noodles and wanton! Small size gets about 6pcs and u can adjust ur own spiciness by putting the chili that they provide at the stall. Chicken feet is nice but $6 bowl only get 3 small broken pieces. Noodle is nice and springy but sometimes under cook… stall attendant have very impressive memory who takes 8-10 customers order at one go 👍🏻
