I opted for the Filet Mignon (Medium Rare with Garlic Sauce), while my dining companion, Donkey, chose the Braised Lamb Shank. We also enjoyed a comforting Corn Soup and a refreshing Iced Apricot Tea. The total bill came to $96.52. Unfortunately, Donkey's Lamb Shank was a disappointment. The meat was dry and tough, which made it difficult to enjoy. My Filet Mignon started off well, but as I ate, the meat became increasingly rare. I flagged down our server, and she kindly took the dish back to the kitchen for further cooking. However, when it was returned, the meat was well done, which was not what I had requested. While the food didn't quite meet my expectations, the service was truly outstanding. Hannah, a newly posted staff member, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist us with our requests, even bringing in another staff member to recommend dishes. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our experience were truly commendable. Overall, The MeatHöuse at Tampines Mall is a restaurant with potential. While the food needs some improvement, the exceptional service provided by Hannah made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend giving this restaurant another try, especially if you're looking for friendly service and a pleasant dining atmosphere. Rating: 3 stars I'm hoping that when we revisit this place again, the food will have improved.

Few times we ate in this restaurant. We did reserved the table 1st so it won't be bothered. The staff that explained about promotion did a good job. My youngest loves the steak. My girl loves the anglio. I'm OK with anything so with my husband. The coffee is so so for us who as coffee lovers.
