The otah here has too much charred parts for my liking. Nowadays, uncle only makes fish meat otah, others like my favourite sotong otah are not available. The banana leaf otah is certainly more fragrant and more tasty than the normal otah.

Freshly prepared otah by a family of 3. The mom is packing the otahs into the leaves, the dad is cooking the otah on the charcoal. And the son is packing the otahs for customers. Buy 10 get 1 free. Have to wait for 10mins as the otahs are out of stocks, so they are preparing a new batch for sale.

Otah is made and grilled on the spot. Slightly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Simply delicious. At $0.70 for the small ones and $1.40 for the big ones, it's very good value too!

Been buying otah from this uncle 20 years ago before he set up a stall in old airport food center. His otah is always so fresh n soft. It tastes is consistently good after all these years.

DELICIOUS otah and Nasi lemak at very reasonable prices! Small otah 70c big otah 1.40 Nasi lemak with egg 2.20. Aunty was fast with the orders and continuously makes fresh otah while serving customers. I love it!

First time trying. Travel all the way from quite a far. We were aiming for the white otah because it's rather rare in Singapore, but alas, it was sold out. We try the red spicy ones instead. It's nice. Firmer texture than typical otah. Price is 60c each. 1 free every 10. Recommended.
