food is amazing, Fast ,quick and efficent. As a frequent sukiya consumer i consider this outlet one of the better ones in singapore. It is 5 mins away from the other outlet at PLQ. So, if u need a quiet place to chill kinex sukiya is a wonderful place to eat at.

Service was better than expected although the crew appear to be young. The set meal came with a miso soup or iced tea option so I asked why I had to choose either one when I wanted both. Service crew suggested I can get the set with one and order the other ala cart. I decided not to so kept to the miso soup option and did not order the drink Guess what? They serve complimentary tea! Prices is fast food range so this came as a pleasant surprise Food overall is good with decent size serving. M was sufficient for me (6 footer 86kg). Ambience wise; my only complain is the halogen lights which made seating there very warm!

Comforting beef bowl / gyudon. Love that they offer a variety rice and meat sizes, and sides add ons. If youre dining in, you scan the QR code at your table and do an online checkout. Food will be delivered to you. The place is clean and the crowds move quickly.

In the past I’ve liked Sukiya. Recently I’ve been doubting the quality of food as I’ve eaten soggy and clearly pre-prepared beef don from them, especially this outlet. The sauce has dropped in standard, too salty and too sweet, missing actual beef flavour. If you’re looking for good gyu don I suggest you buy Yoshinoya. In my opinion it’s better.
