I visited Starbucks at KINEX on 16 December 2025 afternoon and it was extremely poor service. We were ignored and never had our order taken while she did her own thing. At the very least, she should have asked us to wait. Instead, we were met with a sour, unwelcoming attitude. Completely unacceptable service.

Nice Starbucks outlet at the ground floor of Kinex mall. Pretty large with quite a few sections n seatings- outdoor too. Good spot to catch a cup of Java, have a snack or some desserts. Staff are helpful n quite responsive but seatings may be an issue during peak hours. Nevertheless definitely a good place to take a load off n rest up while enjoying your coffee breaks! 😌
