Saizeriya used to be our favourite haunt back in the day where we were young and broke students, I’m glad to say that nothing has changed since then. The quality and taste of the food, unlimited beverage bar, and the economical price is …

Always feel happy in dining in Saizeriya, the background music makes you eat more. There are many choices of western food there and they are relative cheap and the serving size is bit small. So, we can try more different food. The free flow of drinks is also great.

Nice place to grab an Italian meal at an affordable price, it's menu offers a wide range of different Italian items such as pizza and pasta. Overall, the dining experience here was pleasant, and service was fast. The free flow drink bar costs only 2.90 for adults and 1.50 for kids under 12 years old. This time, I ordered the pepper chicken. Portions sizes here are on the lower end. However, at this price point, it is hard to find any other price with such taste and quality. Highly recommend if you're craving something Italian or on a tight budget.

I recently dined before my Chinese New Year visit, hoping for a pleasant festive meal. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The prawns — the highlight I was most looking forward to — were disappointingly unfresh. There was an unmistakable “off” taste to both pieces served. While the heavy blanket of garlic somewhat masked the unpleasant aftertaste, it couldn’t completely disguise the lack of freshness. Good garlic should elevate seafood, not rescue it. The broccoli fared no better. It was severely overcooked, limp, and robbed of any vibrant texture or sweetness. Once again, an overwhelming amount of garlic was used, perhaps in an attempt to compensate, but it only made the dish feel one-dimensional and heavy. At the end of the meal, I informed a staff member — a gentleman in a black uniform about the issue. There was no sense of concern or genuine attentiveness in response to my feedback. The indifference was as disappointing as the food itself. That said, I chose not to let this experience dampen my Chinese New Year outing in your outlet. Still, when it comes to seafood, freshness is non-negotiable — and no amount of garlic can cover that up. Overall: a deeply underwhelming experience, made worse by the lack of accountability.
