I ordered the 4-meat plate for $20 earlier. Unfortunately, the char siew and pork belly were quite hard and dry, and the outer layer was overly charred, making it tough to eat. Even the special char siew was slightly dry. Only the roasted duck was acceptable. I’m sharing this feedback as I hope the quality can be improved.
