I had an unpleasant experience at the Apple Strudel counter in Bedok Mall. The service was extremely slow, and the shop attendant at the counter provided poor customer service. Additionally, they didn’t have change available, which caused further inconvenience. I hope this feedback can help improve the service quality at the outlet.

Been a long time since I ate Apple Strudel (last I recalled early 2000s). Finally purchased half size today about a foot long, generous serving of chunky apple dices and cream. crispy skin and not too sweet just nice. Can’t really recall previous taste but I must say it is really filling, recommended to use fork & spoon so u can scoop the flakes and apple chunks as it really palm size apple pie!
