Contrary to the review left by others, my experience with this shop is actually decent. The cashier would greet me before listening to my order. Puff was served hot as well

I like the thoughtfulness of Polar Cakes to provide reusable utensils other than a cake knife when you buy a birthday cake. Very nice gesture indeed.
