I bought a bao and the cashier was upset I tried to use a discount voucher for it (which was given by the mall). She kept asking why I only bought one item. Do respect your customer’s wishes and not pressure them to get more purchases.

There was no indication in the shop that customers cannot buy one piece of snack. However there is one China national staff who insists that they can only sell min 2 pieces of bakery or snack. Such poor customer service displayed by the China Chinese lady. What with this minimum purchase policy that isn’t even written in the shop? Is this self made up policy by this arrogant China Chinese lady staff?
