Dec 27th 2024 around 7.30pm. Brought no.16 summer cup .after afew scoops End up got a tiny baby cockroach inside. Damn disgusting. Review don't allow me to post pics

Nine fresh is my all time favorite but first time buying from this store. The taro balls are not fully cooked. Inside still hard dough. Disappointed. Hopefully the store manager does quality control before operating it.

Small little shop in the basement of century square for take away only.. Reasonable price Taiwan desserts comes in a small container that seem not worth it but taste good..

Just bought their signature item which cost $3.60 from Bedok mall branch. It has turned sour. I ended up throwing the whole tub away. Very disappointed that the sales staff there did not take measures to ensure freshness of the bean curd and the beans.
