Horrible, they are on food panda but their machine doesn’t work. When asked if I can queue and get my order they said yes, but afterwards don’t even have rice bowls. Please just remove yourself from the app. Second time that this happen. Thank you.

Bad experience. Staff had a shitty attitude and was unwilling to check grab order when told her order number. Went back to ask again then she checked and say collected. But no one collected it. Had to order again.

Visited the outlet on 29th sept, evening. The cashier (young lady) was so rude. Took orders and replied impolitely. When tried to double check my order, she raised her voice. What an attitude.

The whole place was rather unstaffed (two staff serving during peak lunch hours) but I got my drink very fast after ordering! The staff was very friendly despite being very busy so I guess that was why there were other reviews complaining …
