Dirty tables, non-existent service will never deter me from great food but advertising something that supposedly looks delicious but the end product fails considerably definitely stops me from coming back. The new Yuletide Duck wrap on paper seems like an awesome idea until you collect your tray and realise why is the wrap's packaging kinda cold, take it out bite into it and your senses will be immediately repelled. Its cold, not room temperature cold mind you, more like just came out of fridge cold. That's gross to be honest, the duck is cold, sauce is cold, wrap is cold and flaccid, texture is akin to soggy paper. Whoever thought that serving the wrap fresh out of the fridge ought to be fired. Its disgusting, I hate cold food, the promo had zero warning that this was a cold dish, had I known I would have gone to eat something else. So avoid this like the plague unless your into cold food that were supposed to be hot. Utterly disappointed, the cajun fries were just luke warm and the ice cocoa was so small I finished it in like 5 sips. Paid 13 bucks for this nonsense is insane. Never again.
