Noodles are nice, cooked al dente and not too soggy. Goes well with the sauces and generous with the ingredients. One of the better minced meat noodles stalls, will eat again!

My favorite go-to at the Old Airport Road Hawker. Simple fare of ‘Mian Tang’(noodle soup) with meat dumplings in a tasty hot broth. Always feel like eating this when I am in the area or when I just land back in Singapore. They have both the dry and soup versions but I recommend the soup version personally. $3 for a normal portion and $4 for extra ‘liao’ (ingredients). The extra dumplings are worth paying one more dollar. There is usually a queue but it will move along steadily. Be patient.

Tried this stall since it was still open. The noodles were okay. A little spicy and vinegar-y. What I do love was the amount of dumpling they gave. For their food I would say taste-wise could be better but portion-wise it was good.

Stall only accepts cash. There’s always a constant stream of 5-pax in queue, which is approximately 15min. Compared to the other bedok85 variants, ingredients aside, the flavours were disappointing. Will recommend heading further up to Euons BCM / Bedok85 for your fix. Noodle, soup (6/10) The small portion $3, comes with 3 dumpings. These dumplings are the only saving grace of this dish — comprising of a thin wrapper, hugging savoury, fatty ground pork mixed with sole fish (tipoh). Soup comes with some minced meat, and topped with fried garlic. Noodles are starchy, and slightly springy. My biggest complain is that the soup does not homogenise well, even after mixing it thoroughly. There are two distinct parts: (1) The thin, top layer of garlic oil which is strong robust and garlicky, and (2) a mild noodley alkaline soup, containing hints of porky sweetness. Once you forget to stir, the whole broth just flops. It’s either watered down garlic soup, or lacklustre yellow noodle soup.

Decent minced meat noodles for $3.5 at Old Airort Road Hawker Centre. Typically I prefer Mee pok with minced meat. Instead, I tried the yellow round noodles, which was decent. Generous with the minced meat. Dumplings are made fresh right in front of you and are nice. Soup is also good and served with 3 dumplings. However, taste was a little too vinegary for my liking. Maybe can try asking to reduce the vinegar for a more well-rounded taste.

For those craving bedok style minced meat soup noodles, this one does it decently: just less minced meat and less thick broth. The star is the wantons, very rich in pork and teepo.

My comfort food and my fav minced meat noodles stall. I always go for soup mee pok $4, and it has lots of dumplings. Taste better with every bite.

The noodle soup is popular with most customers as the stock is simple, tasty & flavourful. The fried garlic ganish gives an additional depth to the soup.
