The ice cream standard drop a lot. Waiting time is really long consider I only ordered 2 ice creams. While outside desert counter has no one but the staff insisted I have to collect from main counter since I ordered in app. Lesson learnt!

This outlet is a disaster. Look at the lobby and the spillage for one hour they don’t even clean despite having enough staff. McDonald’s have gone down in service standards since the last 15 years. They can only get bad to worst.
