One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life. We made a reservation and the booking process went smoothly, so there were no issues at the start. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once the food arrived. Our table ordered 3 Chitarra Carbonara, 1 Linguine al Cartoccio, 1 Rump Cap Picanha, 2 Spaghetti Aglio Olio, and 1 Lasagna. Every single dish arrived cold. On top of that, one of our orders was completely forgotten and only brought out after several of us had already finished eating. The carbonara was shockingly bad, the sauce tasted like plain water with almost no flavour. It didn’t resemble a proper carbonara at all. The Rump Cap Picanha was served with no garnish, no sides, nothing, which is honestly embarrassing considering the price they charge. Overall the food quality was extremely poor, to the point where some of us genuinely felt like we might throw up. For the price we were paying, this felt like daylight robbery. The food quality and execution were nowhere near the standard you would expect from a restaurant charging these prices. To make things worse, there was a POS machine issue, so we were told we had to pay cash. They gave us truffle fries on the house, but honestly that doesn’t make up for terrible food and poor service. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend.
