Unpleasant and rude vendor. Rang up 1.10 for a cup of coffee but insisted we pay 1.20.

Reasonable price. Lousy coffee. Lousy eggs and toast set. Kaya toast and soft-boiled eggs were cold. All pre-made.

Butter & kaya is getting miserable.. Offer breakfast set is supposed to be this pathetic quality? Group of aunties there re quite rude & ll gossip about customer when they walked away. NTUC can you maintain the standard quality of food?

Expect a wait time of about 10 minutes on a weekend morning. Kopi-c is excellent!

Affordable I guess. They have breakfast set at $2.80. Taste wise, normal.

Long queue and very slow. Only one drink store unless you want to take the lift up and down to the next floor. Should have one more drink store on this level

Best Kaya Toast and Kopi I've had in SG. Very sweet shop owners too. Go early, then there is no queue. Not that the atmosphere is at all relevant to a hawker stall, but one of the better places to sit outside and eat since its next to a lovely park.
