My final straw: I ordered one hot and one cold drink, yet she served two cold ones. When I politely pointed out the mistake, she glared at me and asked which drink I “really” wanted, as if the error were mine. I calmly repeated my original order and requested a correction. She eventually prepared the hot drink, but only after a visible show of reluctance. Overall, poor service and subpar drinks—unfortunately a pattern, not a one-off incident.
