Bought the red grouper soup, cost me $15. Only had 4 slices of red grouper. Soup was average at best. Also added on multigrain rice but was given white rice. Reached out to Hugabo with relevant photos of receipt and food but no response. Expensive, not worth, would not recommend. Poor service as well

Got the beef mala soup but it’s pretty bland. Not sure if it’s because the chef wasn’t giving it his all when cooking the soup or if the sauces used to produce it are of bad quality. Pretty much not worth the $9 at all. I could have just been unlucky with a bad chef but do get this at your own risk.

Ordered signature seafood soup from grab. Soup tasted so-so and seafood protein was quite little. The food just felt like it was cooked and prepared without much soul.

23/10/24-Was enticed by their new product sambal chicken bento. So ordered 1 pack to try. The taste was not bad. If there is slightly more punch to the spiciness, that will be perfect for my palate. It was an awesome product. Will order again. 27/9/24- Ordered this Mala Xiangguo. It was super duper yummy. The spiciness was just nice for me. The beef is tendered and my favourite potatoes were well cooked. Definitely worth the money. Will purchase again. 16/6/24 Ordered the Mala beef & Chinese beef. Both tasted yummy however my favourite is the Mala beef. The level of spiciness is just right for me. Will come again. Ordered the Mala Soup with beef & beef balls. Received excellent service from the 2 chefs. Not only they tended to my request regarding the soup. They offered to pack my food properly when I raised my concern regarding soup spilling scenario. There was no soup spillage and the soup tasted fantastic. I would like to order again. Thank you both chefs for your awesome services

don’t wanna leave a 1 star review because i like the how good it tasted. however, i ordered broccoli and lotus root, but it was nowhere to be found in my bowl so im not sure whether my 3 portions of chicken was in there too
