Used to be very good fishball standard but seems to be overly soft and noodle not that q as previous.

I disagree with the stall being on the Michelin list. Sampled again today & found the fishballs to be overly soft (suggesting too much water used), lacking in fish flavour, & unnecessarily salty. Their “her giao” (fish dumpling) was not velvety at all; perhaps overcooked

Ordered a bowl of fishball and fish dumpling soup $5. Fishball is the soft version, no bounciness as compared to others, thus it depends on your preference. But I love their fish dumplings, really really good. Just something hot and yummy to go with my CKT when in this hawker Center.

Standard has dropped tremendously, there’s another newer stall there selling better fishballs noodles, probably explaining why there’s no more queue here. The fishballs here are overly soft. …
