This little stall might not look like much, but it has one of the best vadai I have ever tasted. The texture is perfect harmony of crispy, chewy and soft. My go-to is the original prawn vadai, stuffed with a sweet fresh prawn that can be eaten in its entirety. A simple snack that is so addictive.

Perfect 👌 Crispy on the outside, light and fluffy inside. Chilli wasnt too hot, get one even if you aren't a chilli fan (just for the flavour) 😋 Such friendly staff, they even cooked fresh for us on their day off (prep day). Definitely recommend Gina's Vadai! …
