Queue up first but the person let other patrons to go in first whereby we had the same number of pax as the one that they let enter first. Utterly disgusted when you’re first in queue but no one came to us but the moment another adult group came, just move forward and was attend to first

Waffle, maple syrup, ice cream combi is just superb! Waffle is made fresh and quality is good. Reminds me of Belle ville pancakes but just a crispier version. Look forward to coming back on Tue when they’ve their promos.

We had dinner at 830pm. Service was a bit slow. Probably there's only 2 persons manning the whole place. Not much variety but ok if you want simple waffle and ice cream

Please ensure quality of the food, the waffle is not freshly cooked upon order. The simply reheat mine and put the ice cream over it. This cause a crunchy waffle instead of the freshly baked one. After so many years, this is the worst thus far. Branch manager, go see you camera onsite to believe.

Ridiculously slow service and bad attitude from staff when we asked how long more it would take. Waited more than 20 mins for ice cream and waffles only. Went up to ask how long more would it take and male server was so rude and said “can you see theres a lot of people?” And he was standing and walking around with the waffle maker empty this whole time. We were observing. Never returning again. We did not deserve such service.

the space is very nice and comfy, the waffles are very soft, and the ice cream is nice and cold although there wasnt much flavour in the ice cream. the ice cream to waffle ratio was good

Usually I will dine in Gelare for their waffles but ordered the baked pasta today with iced vanilla latte and it was good. Glad with the spicy choice offered.
