Review of Famous Kallang Airport Fried Oyster (#01-55) There are several stalls selling fried oyster omelette around, and I chanced upon this stall while searching for food I enjoy. Even after eating here, I’m still on the journey to find the best fried oyster omelette. In my opinion, a good fried oyster omelette should be crispy, generously loaded with eggs, and filled with plenty of oysters. To be fair, this stall was quite generous with the oysters, which is always a plus. However, the downside for me was that the omelette turned out to be quite oily. Before ordering, I asked the friendly uncle how much a plate cost, as I wasn’t sure if I could finish it, and decided to go with the $5 portion. Unfortunately, the omelette was soaked in too much oil, which made it less enjoyable overall. While the oyster portion was decent, the excess oil overshadowed the dish for me. I’ll continue my search for a fried oyster omelette that hits the right balance of crispiness, eggs, and oysters.

Ordered the $4 Fried Oyster Omlette. Taste good and the Chili is good too. Very value for money. Both the boss & lady boss are friendly and the service is good.
This is my go-to place for oyster omelette. I ordered a small serve of oyster omelette for $4 in January 2025. The portion is adequate, and its serving of egg is generous. I love the chilli sauce, which is tangy and cuts through the fishy taste of the oysters. The stall owner is polite and friendly.
