This is 2nd time i came after a yr. I ordered 25packet of cookies and again the staff packed them well & neatly. I tried outlets at Tampines Mall & Jem, the packing is horrendous and lazy. Kudos to the staff manning store. I forgot to ask her name. She is helpful & pleasant. Date 2/Sep , noon time.

Bought 4 muffins, one of it which is banana walnut muffin was already spoilt, and has slime texture inside. Please check before selling to customers, very unpleasant as I had already eaten quarter of it and only realised when it reached center of it :(

Staff started using her phone in front of me even though the cookies were already packed next to her. Had to wait until she was done using her phone so I could pay. Cookies taste good tho.
