I was there on 7 Aug around 2230 before closing and need to do a refund. Cashier Mdm Tan and her supervisor were very patient, helpful and understanding. Big thanks to these 2 ladies.

The cashiers are very very very very slow….queues are very very very very long….plus aunties and uncles trying to find and use CDC vouchers on their smartphones…even slower….very poor experience.

Fairprice needs to get more staffs to help customers at self-service checkout centre at White Sands Pasir Ris branch. The Fairprice app seems to encounter difficulty whenever I try to apply the discount vouchers. The only one staff is always busy, having so many customers to attend to.
