Service staff was very attentive. Offered to redo the mandarin cocoa drink for me twice as she received feedbacks that the first round doesn’t have mandarin taste. While the second make became too sweet. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness given in a dine in setting! Thank you!

Excellent service provided by the service staff Alvin despite working under pressure with one other staff and having to deal with lots of delivery orders and walk in customers. He kept his composure and what was admirable, he treated both Grab Food Delivery Partners and Customers with the same respect.

Sudesh was exceptional. Friendly, courteous, and he actually took the time to make recommendations. It’s not every day you get great F&B service in Singapore, but when you do, it just makes your day. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves from management.
