Got a cup of Ice Yuan Yang from here. Taste was good. Not too sweet or bland. Manned and made by vietnamese ladies. Good stuff

The banh mi and coffee were okay, but the younger lady's attitude just wasn't it. We had clearly stated the three drinks that we wanted, she was the one who didn't hear it and yet asked irritatedly, "What drinks?" The metal teaspoons that the stall provided were rusty and dirty, and we had to wash them ourselves. When I asked for new teaspoons, I was told that they haven't been washed yet. I see that the owner did read at least some of the reviews, so I hope this review does not go unnoticed either. Trust me, I know from first hand experience that it's not fun to work during the festive period (CNY). But that is no excuse to treat people with a bad attitude, especially when it's unprovoked.

Yuan yang (coffee with tea, $1.30). Thick, smooth and has some roasted coffee aroma. 9/10

Service is bad,and toasted bread is not toasted enough and gives us broken pieces of bread. Won’t come back again.

Chicken toast was good, bread was crispy and was not stingy on the ingredients. Coffee was strong as well. Recommend 👍🏻 …

Set 4 is yummy. The Butter Kaya Bun set comes with big soft boil eggs and a fragrant kopi of choice that is not so thick.
