We love the tea but not the service. The lady who served us was rude. We have not confirmed the order she already entered to the system and tell us to pay. She looks so angry and impatient like we own her a million dollars!

Pleasant staff and efficient workflow. Tea turned out amazing as usual, quality is not lost even with multiple branches across the island. I think it’ll be good to have a couple of seats for customers to chill with their tea but other than that no complaints great shop
