It’s disappointing that there were 2 mistakes on my bill - they charged me 2 Hokkiado cheese tarts when I ordered for 1 and they packed me 1, and mistakenly charged me 30 cents more for Salted Egg when i ordered Normal Egg Tarts. I hope it isn’t intentional but judging by the reviews, it seems that poor customer service is an issue here

The muffin was moist and delicious. I bought Oreo and apple. Nothing I don’t like about it. I bought 5 boxes, they were not able to supply on the spot, so I came back in the afternoon to pick it up. So all the muffins were freshly baked.
