Marked it down cus the service is terribly slow. It is not a "fast food chain" and wait time is 30mins and beyond for lunch hours. tables were dirty, single patrons occupying tables meant for 4 and sleeping away. …

Went at non-peak hour just before lunch time. The food was freshly made and the place was neat and clean. More importantly the service was excellent. The lady at the counter with the Filipino accent took the initiative to offer me a cup of water when she saw that I needed one.
