I specify that my Whopper is without vegetable and pickle and yet when I brought home they put the vegetable inside, as a result, I threw away I repeated 4 times on my request, even the duty manager was there. DISAPPOINTED.

The manager(i assume )at kinex outlet was good with his service recovery although there were hiccups in ordering process from his staff. Was given 3 complimentary ice cream. Felt better after his kind act. (14/9/25, 8:19pm)
