Staff are always polite and efficient. Baked goods have decent standard which is also consistent. Pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to some small scale bakeries.

First time buying their Earthquake Toast at Bedok Mall outlet and noticed that the entire loaf of bread was badly burnt!! Entire crust was dark brown, almost soot black. How could BreadTalk display burnt breads on their shelf which is not even fit for human consumption? Please be more ethical in your business practices and spare a thought for your customers. Burnt food should be disposed of immediately. To think that BreadTalk would still harbour the intention of profiting from such trash.. unethical and despicable! Thumbs down!! πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

Bakery is located at a convenient location in Bedok Mall, near NTUC. There are many breads and new flavours.

Other bakery shops give 1st carrier free. I bought 2 individuals and a bag of cheese bun. Cashier saw me with my working bag. And she assumes I don't need a carrier. So I have to squeeze bun into my working bag. That's it. bye breadtalk. Breaktalk, are u a grocery shop or supermarket?

I enjoy buying bread from this outlet but this is not the first time I saw houseflies and flies trap inside the bread shelves and flying around and rest on the bread. I hope this can be improve before someone get sick after consuming contaminated bread. :(

I was utterly shocked to find out from the cashier that I’d have to pay 10 cents for a plastic bag, even though I purchased more than $12 worth of buns from BreadTalk; 4 Leaves bakery, its competitor, gives out the first bag FOC and charges …

Went to this bakery recently, and I was quite disappointed. They charge 10 cents for a plastic bag, saying it's to go green. I get the idea of being environmentally friendly, but their buns are already more expensive compared to other …
