Always love getting a boost drink from i12 Katong after class! HAFIS IS THE BEST, the smoothies he makes are on another level, and he's very helpful, always going the extra mile for customers. Love his energy and warm vibes too!

This location is the best because of Hafis. He is a master of mixology. We come weekly, his blends are always superior than other locations and always consistent. Boost is very lucky to employ Hafis, he is kind, personable, professional amd provides the highest level of customer service.

Never had anything out of the ordinary at this outlet, but being served by Hafis today really showed how much good customer service matters. He was bubbly and genuinely cheerful, put a smile on my face, and somehow convinced me to go for the original size when I’d planned on getting medium. Drink was well blended too.
