Extremely nice and well balance bubbletea. It is always my go to bubble tea shop. As singapore weather is extremely hot, the bubble tea is extremely cooling and fresh! Staff is very friendly and helpful also.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Chizu Grape Blend, but damnnnn. it was seriously good! The cheesy cream on top was super smooth and went perfectly with the fruity grape base. Not too sweet, super refreshing, and really satisfying. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

There is always talk that shops close because of high rental. I am here to say that more often than not, it is the staff that you employ that is killing your business. Was at this outlet to buy some bubble tea after lunch with a friend. 1. Stood there for a while while 2 staff ignored us. When I called out nicely, I was met with a curt "wait a while". 2. Asked them nicely about the 1-for-1 POSB/DBS promotion but before I could finish, the female sales lady curtly cut me off with "show me the card". But I was not even asking about that. My enquiry was whether or not we could replace the 2nd cup with a non-milk version as my friend is lactose-intolerant. We walked off after the above and they lost 2 customers. I frequent the mall and this will be one stall I will NEVER patronise because there are other options around. This is one of the rare few times that I am annoyed enough to leave a Google review so please spend your hard-earned money at other shops that do not act like you owe them a living.

Hi ordered this 3 cups of Nutella milk tea bland just now. Use to order this before. What i know there's Nutella chocolate inside around the cup right? How come it's empty in all my 3 cups of Nutella milk tea bland? And past few days went to the shop around 8pm+ for few times, staff mention that Nutella no more.

Went down specially to buy this bubble tea. My husband arrived at 9:18pm, only to find the shop already closed, despite Google stating the closing time is 9:30pm. a female staff member sitting at the side, seemingly already done for the day. When my husband politely asked, “Is it closed? I thought it was 9:30pm?”, she ignored him and looked away. This was very unprofessional and disappointing. If the outlet closes earlier than stated, please update the operating hours accordingly. Management, please look into this matter.
