On 2nd December, we arrived beard papa at 6.05 and had to wait for a good 30 minutes. There was a sign on the counter stated 'be right back' but didnt indicate that the staff will be away for 30 minutes . the store is empty its so disappointing .

Will give zero star if possible. Middle aged auntie manning the store and ask everything also saying “I don’t know”. It’s a miracle the outlet even survives. Since when a staff has the right to refuse talk to a customer.
