Amazing service from Jason and Luisa. They were closing yet they were kind enough to accommodate to our order of banana split as it’s our baby girl’s 1st birthday. Thank you so much for serving with a smile and making the day end on a sweet note!

The staff at this establishment are efficient, but there’s room for improvement in customer service. A friendlier demeanor and more smiles would go a long way in creating a more welcoming atmosphere.

Poor packing service. The dry ice didn’t seal properly. Broken pieces of dry ice was fallen on the ice cream. Can we still eat? I googled “ do not eat” For health risk WE THROW THE CAKE.

Thank you to the 2 staff on duty on 31 Jul 7.30pm. The queue was very long. Although they have to continuously filled tub after tub of ice-cream at a fast speed, they still service with a smile. Even when their hands and fingers are aching, they never slow down. Such good service are rare to find. Thank you!
