A huge berries lover ordered a M size Berry Alive + Cookie Butter drizzle. Soooooo delicious! 😍 love all the fruits, granola and açaí, sweetness and a little bit of sourness are just perfect. I usually can eat a lot but after having this cup I’m satisfied! This is really a great healthy meal replacement, the staffs are friendly & cute, definitely will come back again! ♥️

It’s disappointing that the service quality varies so much depending on the staff. I’ve seen a few staff members boldly pressing their own performance rating buttons themselves. Also, some don't even ask if I'm a member. But I love the taste.

acai affair had been my go-to spot for acai… but recently i have been disappointed by a couple of times from its poor service and the lack of standards. due to its open-kitchen concept i could see that the staff are usually students and they would wear their sports attire and they weren’t wearing any proper attire (no gloves, apron, etc). i think it’d be good to enforce some attire rules cause it gives off some unhygienic vibes. :( not to mention we had encountered once where a couple was chit chatting and having their dinner while we were waiting for our dessert :(. pic attached shows some acai stained on my plastic bag…
