Everytime I come to this mall and this 7-11, the staff are always very friendly with a smile and kind words. Never once have I met a staff that's rude or unpleasant as compared to some other 7-11 stores I have been to. Really commendable service standards. And most of all, thanks for the genuine smile and friendliness.
