Parkway Parade's Hot Deals Freshly Served campaign ends on 19 July 2026, closing out two months of Plus$ rebates, weekly e-voucher drops and a Xiaohongshu-exclusive retail promo. The Marine Parade mall has also opened three new stores in the same window, so a trip before the deadline lets you stack the spending rewards against fresh shopping options.
How the mid-year rewards work
The headline deal is simple: spend $180 from Monday to Friday and earn 10,000 Plus$ through the Lendlease Plus app. It is capped at the first 10,000 redemptions across the campaign, one redemption per member per day, and excludes public holidays. Receipts from CS Fresh and FairPrice Xtra require double the spend to qualify.
Premium Lendlease Plus members get a second tier: spend $360 on a weekday and pick up an additional $10 Lendlease E-Voucher, limited to 4,000 redemptions. Those e-vouchers are valid only at Parkway Parade and expire three months from issue.
The Xiaohongshu angle
A separate promo runs through Xiaohongshu. Show a participating retailer's promo post on your Xiaohongshu page in-store and receive a $10 retailer e-voucher. Participating stores include Better Vision, Dian Xiao Er, Godmama Peranakan, Hakka Yu, Hysses, Meilleur Moment, OJO Optometrist, PUTIEN, Yeah Gelato, Zhong Yan Tang and others. Several have already hit their redemption cap, so check the Parkway Parade site before you plan around a specific brand.
Three new stores opened in the campaign window
The mall has used the mid-year window to launch three concepts, each with its own opening promo that also closes around 19 July:
- Arch Angel (#02-19) opened 19 June and runs 2X Plus$ on purchases through 19 July. The brand sells comfort-focused footwear, pitched at people who want walking shoes that do not look orthopaedic.
- Thermomix Vorwerk opened 18 June and runs through 18 July. It is the German smart kitchen appliance brand's latest East-side touchpoint, with in-store demos of the all-in-one cooker.
- Ramen Hitoyoshi Lobster & Grill opened 1 June and ran through 1 July as a launch window, though the restaurant itself remains open. The concept leans on lobster-based ramen and grill items, a step up from the standard Tonkotsu bowl.
Weekly e-voucher drops
If you are not chasing the 10,000 Plus$ tier, the lighter option is redeeming $10 or $50 retailer e-vouchers from 1,000 Plus$ on the Lendlease Plus app. New vouchers drop every Monday at 12pm. Final drops in the campaign window are on 6 and 13 July. A $10 voucher needs a $15 minimum spend to use one, $30 for two; a $50 voucher needs $100 to use one, $200 for two. All are valid through 31 August 2026, so you do not have to spend them before 19 July.
