Yam Mee Teochew Fishball Noodles is a third-generation hawker stall that has been serving its signature fishball mee since the 1970s, drawing consistent queues at its Bedok 511 outlet. The stall is best known for making its fishballs from scratch in-house, resulting in a taut, firm texture and sweeter taste that sets them apart from factory-made alternatives. Their Fishball Noodle Dry comes with springy mee pok coated in a fragrant blend of shallot oil, chilli oil, and black vinegar, topped with generous minced pork, mushrooms, and crispy pork lard. Beyond the signature noodles, the menu also includes fishball soup and lakka, offering diners variety within the familiar hawker comfort space. The Bedok location shares the same heritage as the popular Kovan branch, where customers have been known to wait up to thirty minutes for a bowl. With its commitment to tradition and handmade quality, Yam Mee remains a beloved fixture in Singapore's hawker landscape. Make your way to Bedok 511 and taste why generations of loyal patrons keep coming back for more.Based on 32 Google reviews

Love the mee pok as it's cooked al dente just the way it should be! Not soggy. Chewy and so delicious. Good portion of fish balls and meat as well for $4.50. Yummy mixture of vinegar, pork lard and chilli. Remember to mix up your noodles …
