Volcano ramen served sizzling in stone pots at Century Square.
Tonkotsu Kazan turns ramen into a spectacle with its signature volcano-style presentation, where piping-hot broth and noodles arrive in a heated stone pot sealed with a dough lid that puffs up at the table. Diners break the lid themselves, releasing a burst of aromatic steam that has earned the brand the tagline "Ramen Served with a Show." The B1-10 unit at Century Square is the east-side outpost of this Japanese chain, which specialises in rich tonkotsu broths simmered for hours. The menu offers several volcano ramen varieties including the original tonkotsu, miso, and spicy versions, plus standard bowl ramen for those who prefer a more conventional experience. Side dishes like gyoza, chashu rice, and edamame round out the offerings. The stone-pot cooking keeps every spoonful hot to the last bite, which ramen enthusiasts particularly appreciate. Head to Tonkotsu Kazan at Century Square for a bowl of ramen that arrives bubbling and theatrical. It is a meal that engages all the senses, perfect for anyone who likes their noodles with a side of drama.Operating Hours

I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for its delectable volcano ramens, which are previously conveniently located at Liang Court. It was a nostalgic trip down memory lane when I stumbled upon this gem at Century Square. The food and ramen are still as mouthwatering as ever.

Kazan Curry was so interesting! The soup they pour in literally erupts like a volcano which was super fun hahaha. We also ordered the normal Shoyu Ramen which was delicious! Not to mention the free flow eggs!

Huge portions - easily enough to share between two people. The food came out hot and satisfying, and the karaage is a must order: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and very well seasoned. Great value for money and filling without feeling heavy. We’ll definitely be back when we’re craving comfort food.
