Just got it outside! After eating a shredded potato and an eggplant, I felt there was way too little rice! The hot and sour shredded potatoes seemed to have forgotten the vinegar; I don't know if they were just being perfunctory, too busy, or if their standards weren't up to par? Or maybe they changed chefs! A bad experience.
