This is my new go-to for my Vietnamese food fix. Everything here is tasty, portions are generous, and they're all hawker center priced. If you're looking for something fresh and healthy, the best dish is the #5 bún gà nướng chả giò, which comes with decadent netted spring rolls, is the real deal. With all the complex flavors and crunchy textures, it's a party in your mouth! With so many toppings (roasted peanuts, fried spring onions, smoky fried shallots, hot chilies, pickled carrots, sliced cucumber, lettuce, garlic chives), each bite is guaranteed to be different. They're super nice, and it's obvious that they put a lot of love and pride into their food. Will be coming back very often! Not sure why Pho is in their name, because they don't even make it!
