Came across this Korean bbq restaurant by chance. Was enticed by their BBQ promo. Took a quick stroll in the mall before I returned. Sat down, ordered and the foods all came relatively quickly. Their selection of meats were decent. Fairly tasty and of good proportions. The sides were minimal but still alright. The barley tea was good. From the door, the staff were welcoming and smiley. Good tones and good general service. What was disappointing was the Info given at the start. Before I decided to return to the restaurant, I had asked what time they closed. I was told , "10pm close, 930pm last order". However, after about 20mins into my meal, a staff had approached the table and asked for my last order. This was about 9pm. When probed, I was told that the kitchen was closing, hence the call for last orders. I then asked for more meats which the staff kindly brought quickly. 10mins later, a staff came and had asked to "Settle the bill first". About 5 mins later, another staff approached the table and said i had only 15mins more to finish cooking the remaining meats. While I understand that the staff needs time to clean the equipment and tables, I felt that I was misguided into thinking I had more time than I actually had. About 30mins less than originally thought. If I had known that the last order was at 9pm instead of the given 930pm, I would likely have made an informed decision to not dine there as I would not like to be rushed through the meal. While the food was alright, it's difficult to enjoy a buffet when you are being prompted to leave every 15 mins. Not the best experience for a sit down dinner. If you want a relaxed dinner, I suggest going much earlier or choosing somewhere else.

Had a great dining experience at this Manna Korean BBQ! I had ala carte dishes: the deep fried creamy prawns were fried and marinated to perfection, the saba (mackerel) was fresh and portions here are really decent. The highlight of this place is that the waiting service is excellent — ELING is attentive, friendly, and quick to help with side dish refills, she made sure our order was managed well, she refilled our side dishes promptly and always checked in with us to see if we needed anything, without being intrusive. She wanted us to dine happily and comfortably throughout the meal. Her efficiency and warm hospitality really made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and genuinely sincere. THANK YOU ELING! Overall atmosphere is clean, bright and very spacious.
