Hokkien Fried Prawn Noodle is a hawker stall at Bedok North Street 3 Market and Food Centre that specialises in the classic Singaporean Hokkien mee. The stall fries a mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon with prawns, pork, and sotong in a prawn-infused broth, giving the noodles a distinctive sweet-savoury depth. The dish is served moist and saucy, with bean sprouts and egg adding texture and richness. A side of sambal chilli with dried shrimp bits provides a spicy kick to complement the umami-rich noodles. Portions come in sizes from $4 to $8, making it suitable for solo diners or sharing. The stall operates from late afternoon to midnight, catering to the dinner and supper crowd. For a hearty, prawn-forward plate of Hokkien mee in the Bedok area, this stall delivers comforting flavours with authentic character.Operating Hours
