A Bedok 85 institution since 1975, famous for crispy ngoh hiang and prawn fritters.
Er Jie Ngoh Hiang Prawn Fritter has been a fixture at Bedok 85 Fengshan Market since 1975, serving up golden, crispy ngoh hiang rolls and prawn fritters to generations of regulars. The stall is celebrated for its crunchy, well-seasoned five-spice pork rolls encased in beancurd skin, fried to a satisfying snap. The prawn fritters are equally popular, boasting plump prawn pieces in a light, shatter-crisp batter. Beyond the signature items, the stall offers a range of traditional ngoh hiang accompaniments — think liver rolls, sausage, and tofu — all fried to order and best dipped in the sweet sauce and chilli provided. The heritage recipe has barely changed in decades, which is exactly why loyal customers keep coming back. It is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates old-school Hokkien fritter culture. When you are at Bedok 85, do not skip Er Jie. Order a mixed plate, dunk generously in sauce, and taste a piece of Singapore's hawker history.Operating Hours

Items tasted pretty good, however very limited assortment of items. No orange sotong when i visited their stall. Portions of 贯肠 is also very small. Thin and few slices which i believe is $3. Which is a bumper as this is one of my favourites in ngoh hiang.

What can I say. Every single piece taste good, particularly the prawn fritter. The chilli sauce and bee Hoon. 2 person can share a small plate of bee Hoon.
